Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays). If shipped to the billing address, orders are processed (Not Shipped) within 1-3 business days after the order is placed on the website. Any order placed after 2 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Important: All Hoodie and T-shirt orders are ARE Individually done AFTER the processing time is over. We pride ourselves on proving the best quality work. Most stores will take an order, go to a shelf and ship the items out. However, at RichKid, we take an order and give you fresh products. Please allow a week to receive orders before emailing.

PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed after 2 pm on a Friday, will be processed the following Monday. Orders with different billing and shipping may take longer in order to follow our verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

 

Shipping + Handling

Rich Kid online purchases are shipped via UPS or USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Rich Kid is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Rich Kid offers Priority Shipping shipping:

2nd Day (delivered up to two days after shipment)

Please review our “Processing” section above to determine the best shipping method. The time that the order is placed will contribute to the delivery time. For example, an overnight shipping order placed on a Friday before 2 pm EST would not be delivered until the following Monday. An overnight shipping order placed after 2 PM EST on a Friday would not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. If you have any questions, please contact us.
